Usually there are two to three widgets are locked and non-removable in a Custom Blogger Template. If you have download a blogger template and couldn’t remove a widget in your Sidebar or Footer. Then you can easily remove the Locked Widget by Applying this Tutorial with the Widget you want to Remove
- First you have you find the title of the Widget. You can easily find it by looking at the Widget. If the
Widget is named as Html/Javascript, the you have to first give it a name. Click edit to this widget and enter a word in the Title and Save it.
- Now Go to Template Section
- Press Ctrl+F and Enter the Word in the Search box you have written in the Title section of Non-removable Widget in above steps.
- By Pressing Enter, you will see the Widget in your Template Editor.
- The widget code will look like this
- All you have to do is to replace the word ‘false’ with ‘True’
- By Replacing, Locked widget would be Unlock and You can Easily Edit it and Remove it.
